A man from India went to England ,as he was walking by the road side and he wanted to cross the road,as he was crossing a police man arrested him for not following the traffic light regulations and he was asked to pay a tax of $100 the man begged,begged and begged but the police say he must pay the tax because it is a law violation in the country, so he decided to pay .The indian man brought out $1000 from his pocket and gave it to the Police man the police man said that he doesn't have change(the $900 to give to the indian) they started looking for change but the could not find it any where the all became tired then the indian jumped up and said i have a plan . The police man said what is your plan then he said let me just violate the rule for 9 times then i can go and then u go with all the $1000 .The police replied "you are mad"
